We value the variations in size, shape, and colour of every artwork piece we produce and treasure the fact that no two pieces are identical in our collection. Payments & Shipping
We accept several types of payments depending on location.
Estimated time for order processing is 3-5 days and shipping time depends on the delivery destination.
Worldwide Shipping
Secure Online payment is available on our website.
We ship internationally to your door and shipping rates are based on your location.
Shipping is via Aramex to guarantee tracking and safety of your shipped items. If for any reason your package is delayed, you can easily contact Aramex local office.

Return / Refund
Natural Art Hub artworks are all handmade. We produce few pieces done individually by the hands of artisans; we do not work in big bulk quantities. Variations in color, size, and patterns are to be expected due to the rough process depending on artisans’ skills and nature. Therefore, we do not accept returns because of the above mentioned variations.
Though, if you are not satisfied for any other reason you may contact us to return your item as long as it is clean and has not been used.Return/Exchange item must be:
- Shipped back to Natural Art Hub within 14 days of purchase date
- Received in original condition. Clean, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with original tags
- Not an item which was on Sale or discounted
