BLOCK PRINTING in Rajasthan, India     
Block printing is the first project by Natural Art Hub. A three centuries old tradition in the small villages of Rajasthan, India. The region is known by ethnic floral patterns which are printed in limited variety of natural colours. Recently color palettes are enriched by using non-toxic organic dyes and pigments.

Printed Scarves are introduced by the skillful artisans from Rajasthan, India working with Pousi Swailem, the Textile Designer from Cairo, Egypt

CERAMICS in Egypt   

EARTH COLLECTION   (2016)  
Stems from Fustat, founded AD 641 and was the capital of Egypt for 500 years, where Egyptian artisans continue to innovate and keep pottery craft alive. Fustat has been a major production area for ceramics and its markets amazed travelers with exotic handcrafted wares for hundreds of years.

ANCIENT EGYPT COLLECTION   (2015)
Facing Lake Qaroun in the villages of Fayoum city, Egyptian potters have been working by hand with clay to revive their ancestors’ pottery craft.

Teamwork                    
Ceramic items are produced by Natural Art Hub collaborative teams of skillful artisans from Fayoum villages with designers from Cairo. Potters family Goma’& Hakim worked closely with Heba Said& Manar Magdy, Applied Arts Designers.
